To facilitate the rapid and effective realisation of the various building activities at Frankfurt’s Rhine-Main Airport, PROPROJEKT was commissioned in September 2002 to manage and chair the consultation panel on “acceleration measures.

 

Subsequently, the “Frame Schedule 2004” task force was put in place to co-ordinate the required modifications to the initial plans and the projected modernisation requirements. PROPROJEKT identified the fundamental specifications, dependencies and investment costs of the individual projects and incorporated the various time-lines into one over-arching schedule.

 

For the entire duration of the project, PROPROJEKT played a leading role in developing customised multi-project-management strategies and instruments, supporting the client on the rolling updating and supervision of project dependencies, master schedules and cash flow planning.
